We are just a bunch of followers of Jesus Christ in need of His saving grace. While we call Nebraska home, we have a diversity of backgrounds. We are old, we are young, we are families, we are couples, we are empty nesters, we are widows & singles.
We gather every week for Bible study, worship, mutual encouragement, and service in the name of, and for the the glory of, the Kingdom of God.
Our church is a member of the Evangelical Free Church of America, which embraces the following mission statement: "We exist to glorify God by multiplying transformational churches among all people". As an Evangelical Free Church, we have core values and beliefs that we share with many other Bible believing Christians.

In 2005, Jeff joined the Geneva E-Free staff as an Associate Pastor. In March of 2007, he stepped into the role of Senior Pastor.
Jeff married Amy in 1995 and they were blessed with Katie in 2007. A native of Michigan by way of Maine, Amy loves the wide open sky and beauty of the seasons in Nebraska.
Growing up in Minnesota, Pastor Jeff became a Seattle Seahawks fan as soon as the franchise was birthed. Yes, you read that correctly! He loves being outdoors, a variety of sports and serving in our community as a chaplain to Law Enforcement and Emergency Services personnel.

Toby joined the staff at Geneva E-Free in 2023 after graduating from Colorado Christian University.
Toby married Rachel the summer of 2023. Toby grew up in Grand Island, NE and Rachel in Plattsmouth, NE but they had to go all the way to college in Colorado to meet!

Toby loves anything outdoors and anything that involves sports! However, if the weather is not cooperating, he enjoys reading a good book, watching a movie, or spending time with Rachel.

Kari has been on staff at Geneva E-Free since 2005.
Kari & Chris were married in 1994 & moved back to Chris's hometown of Fairmont in 1996 to raise their 3 kids. Chris & Kari began attending Geneva E-Free in 1999 & have served in a number of capacities every since.
Having lived in Nebraska nearly all her life, Kari has loved raising her kids here. She is a homebody who loves listening to music, watching movies & spending time with her family & loves more than anything when all 3 of her kids are home at the same time!
